GROUP HYPNO-RELAXATION SESSIONS

A ONE HOUR GUIDED GROUP HYPNO-RELAXATION SESSION

Join me for this relaxing session, held in the welcoming and tranquil space of Holton Studio.

When:

  • Tuesday 16 December, 7.30pm

Where:

  • Holton Studio, Holton le Clay, DN36 5HS

Treat yourself to a festive-themed group hypnotic relaxation session.  This is a cosy evening session where for an hour you can take some time just for you to relax and escape the stress of Christmas.  You’ll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to step into the festive season with confidence and calm.

Your relaxation session will start with a short introduction from me, introducing you to hypnotherapy and outlining how it can help you to achieve your personal goals and transform your mindset. Following this, you'll enjoy approximately forty-five minutes of hypnotic guided relaxation, sending you into a beautifully relaxed, trance like state. This is your chance to switch off from the outside world and focus on your inner self. Our session will close with a group chat, sharing experiences and answering any questions you may have. This relaxation session is the perfect introduction to 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions for anyone who may be curious!
